How often should an office be cleaned? 

At Firstline, we understand that working from home is now the new norm, that’s why we offer flexible services – working around your cleaning needs. The number of days can be from 1 day to 7 days a week. It’s completely up to you! 

Eco-friendly products? 

For our environmentally conscious clients, we offer a range of eco-friendly products such as Greenspeed and The Cheeky Panda.  

Cleaning times? 

We clean around your requirements. Whether it's before office hours or after, just let us know. 

Will you always have the same cleaner? 

Yes. We like to have one dedicated cleaner per site as this provides efficiency and effectiveness. If your cleaning operative is absent, we will ensure to notify you and send a fully trained replacement to your site. 

Are your cleaners fully trained? 

Our fully trained cleaning operatives will keep your offices clean, in line with The British Institute of Cleaning Science techniques and guidance. We provide regular training in all areas across all departments. 

Supervision and quality control? 

Our cleaning operatives are teamed up with an onsite manager who ensures the site is kept to a high standard. Your first point of contact is your area manager who will work with the cleaning operative in any problem or emergency, should they arise. 

Pricing? 

We do not offer a standardised price as it differs from site to site. Our quotes are based on the size and requirements of your space. We will arrange a site visit at a time that suits you, from there we will base our pricing on our findings. A cleaning proposal will be sent out thereafter. 

Products? 

We provide cleaning equipment at no extra costs. Cleaning products and consumable supplies will be invoiced when required.  

Is Firstline insured? 

Yes, we are fully insured. Proof of insurance can be sent out upon request.
